Raku, in the heart of Canberra and designed by Facet Studio, is just the sort of restaurant we love - one that provides as with the opportunity to get stuck into a huge pack of solid timber. We made over 20 tables up to 3.6m, 45 stools of varying shapes, waiters stations and storage units and a hell of a lot of sawdust.
