Tokonoma

At 22 metres, the bar top is one of the longest in town, using almost 2 tonnes of spotted gum alone. The bar front is unique in its transformation of solid timber from a rigid slab into a curved element, created by devising new methods of laminating and joining solid planks of spotted gum.
