The peelers are available in two models; a single and a double blade version.
The double bladed peeler is extremely functional as the dual blade allows
it to be used with ease by both left and right-handers. The Y-peeler is an
alternative to its longer cousin, and proves its versatility through its diverse
applications. Not only is it ideal for peeling potatoes, it also makes an
ideal cheese slicer.
The paring knives come in handy in both the kitchen and garden.
