Completed in July 2005, the refurbishment of Bills 2 in Surry Hills saw a complete revamp of the popular cafe/restaurant. Works included the separation of the kitchen and dining areas with limed oak veneered panelling, clad with solid oak slats. Structural columns were housed in stained oak panels, a blackboard frame was erected and several cupboards were built, greatly increasing storage space. The banquette bases underneath the blackboard and windows were also made from solid oak.
